WINES
Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc (70%), Muscadelle (30%)
Brilliant green/yellow with an exotic and citrusy fruit nose and an aromatic crunch on the palate - a typical Sauvignon-dominant wine.
2 : Château Bonnet, Entre-deux-Mers, 2011
Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Sémillon (40%), Muscadelle (10%)
Golden yellow in the glass, white fruits (peaches, apricots) on the nose and a more mellow sensation in the mouth thanks to the Sémillon.
...... AND FOR AFTERS :
Music: The band S.W.Y kicked off the evening entertainment and kept us warm with a mixture of some brilliant tributes and an array of their own songs.
What a day! Join us next year for more fabulous drinks, eats and dances!
